What is Collapsecore?

Gallows humor can be great fun when it’s just your number up, but what to do when we are all staring down the end together? Welcome to Collapsecore, where we celebrate the aesthetical ironies of the collapse of things.

Perhaps those that come after us will someday find these writings and heed them as warnings, or perhaps as evidence that we lived in stupider times. Regardless, this page will cover the political functions and disfunctions of the United States and other countries. I would say it would also cover popular culture, though perhaps sometimes the term “culture” is a bit of a stretch. The several AI chatbots I have interrogated have not yet provided me with a better term, so for now we’ll leave it as it is.
